FAQ’s

What’s the guarantee?

We know that selling your business is a big decision. We know that finding a buyer and receiving fair market value is critical. We also appreciate that the sales process can be costly. So, Flippa will beat any platform or broker on success fees. Simply send us evidence of the quote (or similar) and we’ll beat the offer by 1%.

Does the guarantee apply to broker matching?

Unfortunately not. Flippa’s broker network operate in partnership with Flippa so we cannot dictate a guarantee on their behalf. Our guarantee relates to Flippa managed sales rather than our external broker partnerships.

Does the guarantee apply to listing fees?

The guarantee applies to success fees only. Why? We believe that listing fees are critical to maintaining the credibility of the platform so on that basis we won’t match ‘free listing services’.

Does the guarantee apply to classified / directory websites?

You can list (or we can do it for you) on a classified or directory site but these sites advertise your business for sale only and don’t actually provide the services critical to the sale of a business so unfortunately we can’t match a zero success fee service.

How do I claim the guarantee?

Prior to listing your business on Flippa simply send evidence of a quote, offer or material from a competing platform or broker to [email protected]. We’ll then match it accordingly.
